How long does it take to ship my custom PC build?
Custom PC orders typically undergo a 2-3 business day assembly and testing phase. Once shipped, delivery times vary between 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping method.
What is covered under the NZXT warranty?
We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all components and labor for our custom builds. Individual components like Kraken coolers and C-Series PSUs may carry extended manufacturer warranties up to 10 years.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built PCs may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for non-technical reasons.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also monitor your build progress in real-time through the 'My Orders' section of your NZXT account.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network to support more global enthusiasts soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your new setup over time.
