At NZXT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your NZXT account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific item.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all included accessories and cables, ensuring you include the printed RMA slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
